Marriott ExecuStay was a U.S.-based corporate housing and extended-stay accommodation brand founded in 1987. It provided fully furnished apartments for business travelers, relocating employees, and long-term guests needing stays of 30 days or more. The service was operated as part of Marriott International and became one of the company’s key extended-stay solutions after its acquisition in 1999. ExecuStay offered housing across major U.S. cities with hotel-like services combined with apartment living. In 2012, Marriott sold the brand to Oakwood Worldwide, ending its operation under the Marriott portfolio.
