Dermacol is a Czech cosmetics brand founded in 1966 in Prague. It gained international recognition with the creation of Dermacol Make-up Cover, one of the first high-coverage foundations in Europe. Initially developed at Barrandov Film Studios in collaboration with the Medical Cosmetics Institute, the product's success led to its license being sold to Hollywood in 1969. Today, Dermacol remains a family-owned company, producing a wide range of skincare and makeup products, and is available in over 70 countries worldwide.
