Air Algérie is the national flag‑carrier airline of Algeria, headquartered in Algiers. Founded in 1947, it operates both domestic and international flights from its main hub at Houari Boumédiène Airport. The airline is fully state‑owned, reflecting its status as Algeria’s national carrier.
