ASBIS (ASBISc Enterprises PLC) is a multinational IT distributor and technology solutions provider operating mainly in the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, and Africa). Founded in 1990 by Serhei Kostevitch in Belarus, it became a Cyprus-based holding in 1995, with its headquarters in Limassol. ASBIS distributes hardware, software, mobile devices and other ICT components for many major global vendors (Intel, AMD, Samsung, Apple, etc.), and also develops its own consumer-electronics brands such as Prestigio, Canyon, Perenio, AENO, and Lorgar. It has a wide footprint with local offices in dozens of countries, logistics centres (notably in Czech Republic and UAE), serves tens of thousands of customers, and is publicly listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2007.
