Bamboo Airways is a Vietnamese private airline established in 2017 by FLC Group and based in Hanoi. It began commercial operations in January 2019, initially developing a hybrid full-service model focused on connecting major Vietnamese cities and tourist destinations. The airline operates domestic and selected international passenger services and has used airports in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Quy Nhon as important bases. Following financial difficulties and ownership changes, Bamboo Airways underwent major restructuring in the 2020s, with FLC Group regaining control in 2025. The airline continues to operate and is rebuilding its fleet and route network.
