Belcolade is a Belgian chocolate brand specializing in premium chocolate for professional chocolatiers, pastry chefs, bakers and food manufacturers. It was launched by Puratos in 1988 with the goal of preserving and developing Belgium’s tradition of authentic chocolate making. Belcolade produces its Belgian chocolate at its facility in Erembodegem, near Aalst. The brand offers dark, milk and white chocolate, as well as specialty, organic and sustainable products. It is part of Puratos and remains an important international chocolate brand.
