About the brand ❤️
Belstaff is a British heritage outerwear brand, founded in 1924 by Eli Belovitch and his son-in-law Harry Grosberg in Staffordshire. The name comes from combining “Belovitch” and “Staffordshire.” The company became known for pioneering waxed-cotton waterproof jackets for motorcycling. Over the decades, Belstaff expanded into high-performance jackets, gloves, and other apparel. After several ownership changes, it was acquired by INEOS in 2017 and then sold to British sportswear firm Castore in 2025. Today it continues to produce luxury outerwear rooted in its adventurous, motorcycling legacy.
