c2c is a British commuter rail brand serving East London and south Essex on the London, Tilbury and Southend line. The service began in 1996 as LTS Rail following the privatisation of British Rail and was renamed c2c in 2000. It was operated by Prism Rail, National Express and later Trenitalia before being brought back into public ownership in July 2025. Today, c2c operates services from London Fenchurch Street to destinations including Basildon, Grays, Tilbury, Southend and Shoeburyness, serving 28 stations across its network.
