Cavendish Farms is a Canadian agribusiness and food processing company, best known for producing frozen potato products. Founded in 1980 when the Irving Group acquired a facility in Prince Edward Island, it grew from potato farming into being the fourth-largest processor of frozen potato products in North America. Headquartered in Dieppe, New Brunswick, it operates a number of processing plants: in New Annan (PEI), Lethbridge (Alberta), Jamestown (North Dakota, USA), plus a plant for appetizers in Wheatley, Ontario.
