Gigaset Communications GmbH was a German telecommunications company founded by Siemens in 2005 as Siemens Home and Office Communication Devices GmbH & Co. KG. The company continued Siemens' established Gigaset business, specializing in cordless DECT telephones, broadband devices and home communication products. In 2008, Siemens sold 80.2% of the company to Arques Industries, which renamed it Gigaset Communications GmbH. The company later became part of the Gigaset group and focused on telecommunications and consumer electronics. In 2024, its operating business was acquired by VTech and continued under a new corporate structure.
