Monini is an Italian food company and olive-oil brand founded in 1920 by Zefferino Monini in Spoleto, Umbria. The company initially operated as a food business before focusing on extra virgin olive oil, becoming one of Italy’s best-known producers. Monini introduced glass bottles for olive oil in the 1950s and expanded nationally and internationally during the following decades. Its portfolio includes extra virgin and flavored olive oils, organic and regional varieties, vinegars and pesto. Since 2002, Monini has been fully owned by the Monini family.
