Myanmar National Airlines is the national flag carrier of Myanmar and one of the country's oldest airlines. Established in 1948 as Union of Burma Airways, it was renamed Burma Airways in 1951 and later became Myanma Airways before adopting the Myanmar National Airlines name in 2014. The airline is headquartered in Yangon and operates scheduled passenger services on domestic and selected international routes. Its network connects Yangon and other major Myanmar cities, while its fleet includes Boeing 737 aircraft and ATR regional turboprops. As a state-owned carrier, MNA plays an important role in maintaining domestic air connectivity and supporting tourism and economic activity across Myanmar.
