The Olympic Committee of North Macedonia is the official National Olympic Committee responsible for organising and overseeing Olympic sport in North Macedonia and coordinating the country’s participation in the Olympic Games. Founded in 1992 and recognised by the International Olympic Committee in 1993, it represents the nation within the global Olympic Movement and works with national sport federations to develop high-performance athletes and promote Olympic values. Based in Skopje, the committee fosters the development of sport and physical education across the country, supports athlete preparation for Summer and Winter Olympic Games, and encourages youth engagement in sport. It also serves as the link between North Macedonia’s sports community and international Olympic organisations, aiming to uphold the principles of fair play, inclusivity and international cooperation through sport.
