About the brand ❤️
Payza was a UK-based online payments platform, operated by MH Pillars Ltd. and founded around 2012 by Firoz and Ferhan Patel. The service allowed users globally to send and receive funds via e-wallets, credit/debit cards, bank transfers and even cryptocurrencies. It established a presence in many emerging markets and promised low-cost cross-border payments. However, the company encountered significant legal issues: in 2018 the U.S. Department of Justice charged Payza with operating an unlicensed money-transmitting business and laundering over US$250 million. Its domain was seized and the brand ceased operations in key markets, leaving many users unable to access funds.
