About the brand ❤️
PBS KIDS PLAY! was an online educational subscription service for children ages approximately 3 to 6, launched in 2007 and operated by PBS in partnership with Houghton Mifflin Harcourt and show producers. It offered interactive mini-games, learning adventures, and activities featuring beloved PBS KIDS characters, designed to support early literacy, math, social, and emotional learning across multiple domains. Over its lifespan, it aimed to provide a safe, curriculum-aligned digital play environment. On June 30, 2015, PBS officially discontinued the service, citing its reliance on now-obsolete technologies (especially Flash).
