About the brand ❤️
Picasa was an American photo management and editing software originally developed by Picasa, Inc. and founded in 2001. The program allowed users to organize, edit and view digital photographs, while its associated Picasa Web Albums service provided online photo storage and sharing. Google acquired Picasa, Inc. in July 2004 and continued developing the software as freeware. In 2016, Google retired Picasa and shifted its focus to Google Photos. The desktop application stopped receiving support on March 15, 2016, while Picasa Web Albums was retired later that year.
