Porto di Carrara S.p.A. was an Italian port-terminal operator based at Marina di Carrara in Tuscany. The company operated cargo-handling facilities for loading, unloading, storage and logistics, handling bulk and general cargo including steel products, cereals, marble and other industrial goods. Its activities also extended to terminals in Venice and Chioggia through subsidiaries and associated companies. In 2019, infrastructure fund F2i acquired the company and incorporated it into a new national port group, F2i Holding Portuale, which later developed the FHP network of Italian terminals.
