Soprole is a Chilean dairy and food company founded in 1949 by a group of dairy farmers from central Chile. It began by producing and distributing pasteurized milk, fresh cheese and butter in Santiago. Over time, Soprole expanded its portfolio to include yogurt, desserts, cheese, butter, cream, milk products, juices and other foods. The company became one of Chile’s leading dairy producers and operates production and distribution facilities across the country. Soprole remains active and is controlled by Gloria Foods Chile, part of a Peruvian food group ultimately owned by the Rodríguez family.
