Founded in 1965 in Miyazaki, Japan, Tegevajaro Miyazaki began as Kadokawa Club and evolved through rebranding—becoming Tegevajaro in 2015, a name blending the local dialect word tege ("amazing") with Spanish vaca and pájaro ("cow" and "bird"), symbolizing regional agriculture. Led by chairman Kazuhiro Yanagida, the club plays professionally in the J3 League, having earned promotion after finishing second in the Japan Football League in 2020.
