About the brand ❤️
TinEye is a pioneering reverse image search engine that allows users to upload an image (or provide its URL) and find where that exact image, or modified versions of it, appear across the web. Unlike search engines that rely on metadata or keywords, TinEye uses image recognition and fingerprinting technology to compare pictures even when they have been cropped, resized or altered. The tool was launched in 2008 by Idée, Inc., a software company founded in 1999 in Toronto, Canada, by Leila Boujnane and Paul Bloore. TinEye serves copyright holders, image creators, brands, and individuals interested in tracking image usage, verifying image sources, finding higher resolution copies, or identifying unauthorized use. It offers both a free-to-use interface and commercial APIs. To date, its image index has grown to many tens of billions of images.
