About the brand ❤️
Trebor is a British confectionery brand founded in 1907 in south-west Essex by W.B. Woodcock, Thomas Henry King, Robert Robertson and Sydney Herbert Marks. The name “Trebor” is “Robert” spelled backwards. The company became one of Britain's leading manufacturers of mints and boiled sweets, with famous products including Trebor Extra Strong Mints, Softmints, Refreshers and Black Jack. Cadbury Schweppes acquired the company in 1989, after which it became part of Trebor Bassett. Today, the Trebor brand is owned by Mondelēz International and remains associated with traditional British confectionery.
