VB Leasing SK was a universal leasing company in Slovakia, specialized in financing movable assets such as passenger and commercial vehicles, trucks, trailers, buses, machinery, and technological equipment. Founded in 1994, it quickly became a significant player in the Slovak leasing market, part of the VB-Leasing International group. Over its history, it operated through a network of branches, dealers, agents, and offered complementary services including insurance via a brokerage subsidiary. In July 2015, VB Leasing SK was acquired by ČSOB Leasing (KBC Group) and subsequently integrated. The acquisition expanded ČSOB’s client base and strengthened its position in Slovakia’s leasing sector.
