About the brand ❤️
Xfinity Mobile Arena is a major multi-purpose indoor sports and entertainment venue in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Opened in 1996 to replace the former Spectrum arena, it has served as the home of the NHL’s Philadelphia Flyers and the NBA’s Philadelphia 76ers for decades, as well as hosting lacrosse, college basketball, concerts, conventions, and a wide range of live events. Originally named the CoreStates Center, the arena has carried several commercial names over time and was renamed Xfinity Mobile Arena effective 1 September 2025 under a naming-rights partnership led by Comcast’s mobile service brand. The facility features a flexible seating capacity of around 20,000 for basketball and hockey and is a central landmark in the South Philadelphia Sports Complex. Owned and operated by Comcast Spectacor, the arena draws millions of visitors annually and continues to be one of the busiest and most versatile venues in the United States, known for iconic sporting moments, major entertainment acts, and community events.
