Zelmer was a Polish manufacturer of household appliances, widely recognized across Central and Eastern Europe for its reliable and affordable products. Founded in 1951, the company initially produced simple goods before focusing on vacuum cleaners and kitchen appliances, becoming a market leader in Poland. Over decades, Zelmer expanded internationally, offering a broad range of home and personal care devices. In 2013 it was acquired by BSH, and in 2017 the company ceased to exist as a separate entity. Today, the Zelmer brand continues under Spanish ownership, maintaining its legacy in consumer appliances.
