Adobe Muse was a desktop web design application that allowed users to create static, fixed, fluid, or adaptive websites without writing code. Developed as part of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, Muse provided a visual, drag-and-drop interface tailored for graphic designers and creatives who wanted to build websites without HTML or CSS knowledge. It generated standard HTML, CSS, and JavaScript output that could be hosted anywhere, and supported plugins for blogs and e-commerce functionality. Despite its initial appeal, Adobe discontinued feature development in 2018 and ended official technical support in 2020 as it shifted focus to other tools like Adobe XD and Adobe Portfolio.
