About the brand ❤️
Android 2.0–2.1 (Eclair) is an early major version of the Android mobile operating system developed by Google LLC and released in October 2009. It followed Android 1.6 Donut and brought several significant improvements that expanded the platform’s functionality and usability. Eclair introduced features such as multiple Google account support, improved email and contact synchronization, an enhanced virtual keyboard with faster typing, and upgraded camera capabilities including flash support, digital zoom, and scene modes. The version also improved the web browser with HTML5 support and introduced Google Maps Navigation for turn-by-turn directions. These upgrades helped Android become more competitive in the rapidly growing smartphone market and encouraged wider adoption by device manufacturers. Although Android Eclair is no longer supported, it played an important role in the early development and growth of the Android ecosystem.
