YO! Sushi is a British restaurant brand specializing in Japanese-inspired cuisine and sushi. It was founded in 1997 by Simon Woodroffe, who opened the first restaurant in Soho, London. The brand became known for its distinctive conveyor-belt dining concept, allowing customers to select dishes as they passed by. Its menu includes sushi, sashimi, noodles, rice dishes, salads and other Japanese-style foods. YO! Sushi expanded across the United Kingdom and internationally and became part of the Snowfox Group, which is owned by Japanese food-service company Zensho Holdings.
