About the brand ❤️
Midway Airlines was an American airline that operated from 1993 to 2003 and was headquartered in Morrisville, North Carolina. The company began operations in November 1993 after acquiring the Midway name from the earlier Chicago-based airline. Initially based at Chicago Midway Airport, it relocated its operations and headquarters to the Raleigh-Durham area in 1995, establishing Raleigh-Durham International Airport as its main hub. Midway focused increasingly on business travelers and operated routes across the United States with aircraft including Fokker 100s, Airbus A320s, Boeing 737s, and Bombardier CRJs. Financial difficulties ultimately led to its closure in 2003.
