About the brand ❤️

Nahverkehr Mainfranken GmbH is a German public-transport region consortium headquartered in Würzburg, established in December 2017 and legally registered in early 2018. The company’s purpose is to organise and develop local public transport (bus and rail) across the broader Mainfranken region (Lower Franconia, Bavaria). From 1 January 2025 it will assume full operational responsibility, replacing the earlier Verkehrsunternehmens-Verbund Mainfranken and extending its network and unified fare-system to cover city and district areas of Würzburg, Schweinfurt and adjacent counties. Its goal: one integrated network, one ticket, one tariff for all of Mainfranken.
