St-Hubert is a Canadian restaurant and food brand best known for its rotisserie chicken, barbecue ribs, sauce and traditional Quebec-style meals. Founded in Montreal in 1951 by René and Hélène Léger, the company began with a single 78-seat restaurant and introduced free home delivery in 1952, using its famous yellow cars. Over the decades, St-Hubert expanded into a large restaurant network and grocery-food business. In 2016, Groupe St-Hubert joined Recipe Unlimited Corporation. Today, the brand operates more than 120 restaurants across Quebec, Ontario and New Brunswick and remains strongly associated with Quebec cuisine and culture.
