Vanilla Air was a Japanese low-cost airline owned by ANA Holdings and based at Narita International Airport near Tokyo. Founded in 2013 as the successor to AirAsia Japan after ANA ended its partnership with AirAsia, the airline focused on affordable domestic and regional international flights across East and Southeast Asia. Vanilla Air operated Airbus A320 aircraft and served destinations in Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and other nearby markets. The carrier became known for budget-friendly travel and leisure-focused routes.
